1. Who we are

AI_SHORTS is a service for uploading short-form videos, managing media libraries, and publishing content to connected platforms based on user actions.

2. Data we collect

• Account email and optional display name.
• Workspace metadata.
• Uploaded media metadata and uploaded media files.
• Connected platform account metadata.
• OAuth access and refresh tokens encrypted at rest.
• Publish requests, publish targets, and publish attempt logs.
• Security, operational, and audit events.
• Cookie and session identifiers used for authentication.

3. How we use data

• Authentication and account/session management.
• Workspace and media management.
• User-requested publishing and platform connection handling.
• Security, audit, debugging, and abuse prevention.
• Service reliability and product improvement.

4. Platform data and OAuth

• OAuth tokens are used only for actions explicitly initiated by users.
• AI_SHORTS does not request or store YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or VK passwords.
• YouTube integration is currently implemented; Instagram, TikTok, and VK are roadmap items.

5. Data sharing

• We do not sell personal data.
• Data is shared with connected platforms only when users connect accounts or publish content.
• Infrastructure providers process data only to host and operate the service.

6. Retention

• Account and session data is retained while accounts are active and as needed for security.
• Media is retained until users delete it or request account/workspace deletion.
• Publish and audit logs are retained for reliability, security, and troubleshooting.
• When accounts are disconnected, encrypted platform tokens are wiped or disabled.

7. User controls

• Delete uploaded media from the dashboard.
• Disconnect connected platform accounts from the Channels page.
• Request account/workspace deletion by contacting support.

8. Security measures

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encrypted OAuth tokens, HttpOnly session cookies, workspace isolation controls, and non-public storage with signed/same-origin upload paths.
