AI_SHORTS provides account/workspace management, media upload and storage, platform connection management, and user-requested publishing automation through official APIs.

2. Account responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining account security and confidentiality.
• You are responsible for activity performed under your account and workspace.
• You must provide accurate information when creating and managing your account.

3. Content responsibility

• You remain responsible for uploaded and published content.
• You must have all rights required to upload and publish your content.
• You must comply with copyright, privacy, and platform-specific rules.

4. Prohibited use

• Illegal content or illegal activity.
• Spam, malware, abuse, or attempts to disrupt service operations.
• Publishing workflows that violate platform policies or applicable laws.
• Unauthorized access to other users, workspaces, or data.

5. Platform integrations

Publishing capabilities depend on third-party APIs, quotas, and platform review status. AI_SHORTS does not guarantee platform acceptance, distribution reach, or uninterrupted provider availability.

6. Availability and limitations

The service may be affected by API limits, infrastructure incidents, and external provider errors. We aim to operate reliably, but continuous availability is not guaranteed.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, policy violations, security risks, or legal obligations. Users can request account/workspace deletion through support.

8. Disclaimer and liability

AI_SHORTS is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we limit liability for indirect or consequential losses resulting from service use, provider API failures, or content moderation actions on third-party platforms.
